Because you must send the original National Social Insurance book, when you go to the post office, please send it in the form of <strong>Secured Mail (ems).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2. Before putting in the envelope, please copy: <strong>APPLICATION<\/strong><strong>FOR FULL SUPPLEMENTAL Wage Allowance<\/strong> (completely filled out), and <strong>Social Security Number (<\/strong>Page with your name, age, and insurance number) (for for later comparison).<\/li>\n<li>3. If the registrant dies without receiving the lump sum pension, the spouse, children, parents, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings together earn money to support the family at the time of the registrant&#8217;s death. on behalf of the recipient of the subsidy. The paper \u201cNotice of decision on payment of lump sum pension benefit\u201d <strong>(\u8131\u9000(\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3044)\u4e00\u6642(\u3044\u3061\u3058)\u91d1(\u304d\u3093)\u652f\u7d66(\u3057\u304d\u3085\u3046)\u6c7a\u5b9a(\u3051\u3063\u3066\u3044)\u901a\u77e5\u66f8(\u3064\u3046\u3061\u3057\u3087))<\/strong>will be sent to the address in the Philipppines. (the address where you have filled out the application) at the same time as transferring the lump sum pension to your account. Then send the original of this notice to the tax administrator.
